dc.description.abstractThis study is aimed at analysing characterization of CO2 emissions per unit area with high-rise apartment and general apartment, establishing type of building basic data for environmental friendly assessment. In this study, general standards which represent for high-rise apartment and general apartment are selected and CO2 emissions are assessed by setting type of building materials and operation stage energy consumption as variables. As a result, the high-rise apartment and the general apartment analysed CO2 emissions of material production stage per unit area 986.31kg-CO2/m2 and 1,074.60kg-CO2/m2. Meanwhile, in operation stage, analysed annual CO2 emissions per unit area 107.84kg-CO2/m2-yr, 48.33kg-CO2/m2-yr respectively.-
