dc.description.abstract본 연구에서는 USGBC(United States Green Building Council)에 의해 평가 및 인증된 친환경 건축물 중 platinum level을 획득한 사례를 중심으로 LEED인증에 부합한 실질적 사례조사를 실시하고, 실제 사용자의 평가를 통해 시설의 적합성과 사용자의 만족정도를 알아보고자 한다. 즉, LEED에 의해 인증된 platinum level의 건축물에 대한 세부적 사항과 탐방조사 및 인터뷰를 통한 사용자들의 실질적 평가사항을 분석하여, 현재 LEED시스템에 의해 인증된 건축물의 가치를 평가하고 향후 국내 적용가능성을 타진해 보고자 한다. 또한 기존시설의 리노베이션을 통한 친환경건물의 구축이라는 관점에서 보다 실질적인 자료를 제시할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to identify occupants’ satisfaction of green building and the transformation of occupants’’ attitude toward sustainability by conduct an in-depth case study of the cutting-edge green building project located in Atlanta, GA, USA. Based on this case study, it is possible to suggest construction participants in Korea to identify how green building can improve occupants’’ satisfaction of the building and change their attitude toward sustainability. In addition, since this study describes many green building strategies and technologies that are integrated into the existing building, it is possible to help construction participants in Korea to be aware of green building approaches to green building renovation.-
