- Abstract
- The aim of this study is to inquire into what influence of a teacher's behavior recognized by college students participating in liberal art class has on learning flow and word of mouth behavior. This study did sampling of the related data by targeting 300 college student, who participated in Physical Education subject class of university liberal art classes in 2012, as its research objects. Using SPSSWIN Ver.18.0, this study did frequency analysis for understanding the characteristics of research objects, exploratory factor analysis for examining construct validity, Cronbach's ɑ test for reliability analysis, and correlation analysis for verifying discriminant validity, respectively. In addition, this study conducted t-test, one-way ANOVA, simple regression analysis and multi-regression analysis in order to verify individual hypotheses.
This study drew detailed results as follows:First, as a result of doing the t-test by each factor consequent on gender. Second, as a result of doing one-ANOVA analysis by each fact consequent on a school year, it was found that the factors showing a difference according to a school year included the subordinate factor of a teacher's behavior, or clarity and intimacy, sub-factor of learning flow, or behavioral integration, and word-of-mouth behavior. Third, recognition of a teacher's behavior was found to have an influence on all sub-factors of learning flow, i.e. behavioral integration, preoccupation, course integration, thinking integration, and loss of self-consciousness. Fourth, recognition of a teacher's behavior was found to have an influence on word-of-mouth behavior. Fifth, learning flow was found to have an influence on word-of-mouth behavior.
