IPA매트릭스 분석을 활용한 스포츠토토의 건전화사업 및 사회공헌 활동 발전 방안 모색

Abstract

This article seeks for the sustainable development of Sports ToTo with a focus on the activities of soundness and corporate social responsibility in terms of a ‘sustainable development’. The study conducted a survey of 898 participants in Sport ToTo gambling selected by using purposeful sampling and then carried out IPA analysis using SPSS Window Program Ver. 18.0 to identify Sports ToTo’s activities of soundness and corporate social responsibility. The results, in terms of the sustainable development of Sports ToTo, drawn from the IPA analysis were as follows: First, the restraint of illegal Sports ToTo bating; second, the consolidation of gambling addition prevention and treatment system; third, the reinforcement of media PR strategy; and fourth, the consolidation of corporate social responsibility for a neglected class of people.
