dc.description.abstract | In order to study the vibration design of a washing machine, the multi-body dynamic model is established. And we measure the dynamic properties of suspension, tub and basket. In this paper, spring constant, damping coefficient and rotational damping coefficient are measured by the experiment of the simple pendulum and the free vibration of spring. Mass moment of inertia and density of the parts of a washing machine are calculated by 3D-CAD tool. The multi-body dynamic model is established by DAFUL and represents the good characteristics of real washing machine. Finally, the numerical solution was evaluated by experiments. | - |
