- Abstract
- Nano Optical system 구현을 통한 가공 공구(cantilever)의 수직 변형량 분석을 통해 실제AFM을 이용하여 취성재료 Si(100)을 scratch했을 때 작용 된 힘을 가공 깊이에 따라 분력으로 계산하고, 수직 하중(indentation force)증가에 따른 절삭 깊이를 PSD와 AE를 활용하여 임계 깊이 별로 모드 변환 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 취성 재료의 가공 모드 전환에 대한판정 기준을 제시하였고, 다른 재료에도 동일한 방법의 가공 모드 분석 연구가 적용 될 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다.
