사용자 세분화를 통한 Monitor 디자인 개발 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 모니터 디자인 개발에 있어서 해외 경쟁 업체들의 경쟁력 분석 및 전략 분석 을 기본으로 Target 하는 사용자들의 심층 분석을 통한 핵심 가치를 발굴과 감성 가치를 실현할 수 있는 차별화 제품으로 Global Hit 제품을 만들어 내고자 디자인한 개발 사례이다. 먼저 다양한 경쟁 업체의 동종 제품에 대한 조사를 통해 경쟁 구조, 시장의 흐름을 파악하였다. 그리고 사용자들의 제뭄 만족과 브랜드 이미지 향상을 위한 감성 품질 checklist를 통해 사용자의 품질 만족과 지속적 품질 관리에 용이하도록 진행 하였다. 그룹핑 된 Segment로 정의 하고 또한 타겟을 정립한 후 새로운 모니터 디자인의 컨셉 발굴과 디자인 개발 process를 통해 디자인에 대한 결과를 제시 하였다. 소비자에 대한 구체적이고 다양한 이해의 과정을 통해 소비자에 대한 기회 요인을 명확히 분류하고 보다 전략적이고 체계적인 사용자 접근을 통해 분석함으로 써 사용자 중심의 디자인 접근 방향 및 전략 구조를 이해하는 새로운 디자인 전략모색에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구를 통해 모니터 디자인 시장에 새로운 디자인 접근방식을 알아볼 수 있었으며 전략적 접근을 통한디자인 개발 모색이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The main purpose of this study on monitor design was to find out core values and emotion that makes one product different from others. In order to do so, an in-depth competitor analysis and strategic analysis was done. First, like many competitors' products investigation was made to identify the competition structure and market trends. And to achieve user satisfaction that leads to higher brand image, an emotional quality checklist was used for improving the quality of user satisfaction and continuous quality management. Group SEGMENT was defined and clear target was set to later help create the concept of a new monitor design. This concept was kept through the design development stage to create the final presented result. Understanding Consumers in detail lead to finding out new opportunities and more strategic yet systematic consumer approach was possible. naturally this influenced was all put into our new user centered design strategy. Through this study, new design approach for monitor design was possible and the importance of strategic approach when designing was once again proven.
