dc.description.abstractIn this study, initial wave field of the 2011 Tohoku tsunami was estimated by using waveform inversion method. And numerical simulations of the 2011 Tohoku tsunami were performed in order to analyze the propagation characteristics over the Pacific Ocean and to verify the waveform inversion method. Numerical results were compared with observed data of NOAA’s DART buoy system and DONET system of JAMSTEC. © 2019, World Scientific. All rights reserved.-
