- Abstract
- Recently, worldwide propose to preserve the global environment and energy, the waste of human resources improvement, and resources to build a recycling-oriented society, recycling of industrial waste and establish the system, the present for users the direction for use of recycled materials. Construction of the current domestic has been increased the use of sea sand, because of the lack of river sand, thereby destroying the natural environment, Therefore, you can substitute for aggregate materials, as can be satisfied that the slag is considered as a substitute. Made from steel slag aggregate density of 3.0 ∼ 3.8 ton/㎥ because the density is larger than normal weight aggregate concrete is regarded to be applied.. In general, the weight of concrete stone in the courtyard, or Magnetite (density 4.0 or higher) that use domestically produced almost no one, because the big density, a steel slag as a radiation shielding concrete is supposed to be necessary. Yet at home and abroad have gone to the related research is almost. In this study, according to the density radiation shielding performance was evaluated with domestically produced steel slag aggregate target of the coarse and fine aggregate Properties and the properties of concrete based on experiments.
