| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 국민연금에 대한 수익비를 구하고, 세제효과를 고려할 때 수익비가 어떻게 달라지는가를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 몇 가지 가정 하에수익비 공식을 도출하여 소득계층별 수익비값을 산출하였다. 다음으로 납입보험료에 대한 소득공제가 수익비에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 세번째로 연금급여에 대한 과세까지 고려한 후의 수익비 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기본연금액 공식에 의해 수익비는 본 연구대상연령계층의 경우 모든 소득계층에서 1이상의 값을 보이며, 저소득층일수록 고소득층에 비해 수익비가 아주 커지게 된다. 둘째, 보험료 소득공제로 인한 보험료 순부담률이 한계세율이 높아질수록 많이 감소되었다. 셋째, 연금급여에 대한 과세까지고려할 경우에도 세제의 수익비 증대효과는 존재할 가능성이 높으며 한계세율이높은 계층일수록 수익비가 증대될 가능성이 더 커지게 된다. | - |
