dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes an image retrieval technique using local texture features based on Fourier transform. The proposed texture features represent the spatial correlation of texture patterns more effectively with less size of the feature vector, compared to the existing ones. By experimental results, it has been shown that the proposed method achieves improvedretrieval results over the existing methods. ©2009 IEEE.-
