Abstract

Since the 1960s, as South Korea has had a rapid economic development, it has been improved the peoples` living standards, as well as the increase of consumption with population growth, industrialization, urbanization phenomenon have been occurring with increased life trash. To overcome the limitations of landfill for waste recycling is not only importance of the public`s awareness and voluntary participation but also the problem of segregated collection system. It did not properly reflect the user`s behavior; it is considered only the one-sided policy proposals by recycling goal. And the real state of affairs is that the most important achievements of the functional issues, including the usability of a garbage can for the people, are not considered its user. In addition, the public is fully aware of the recycling and the volume-rate garbage disposal system, but still there are difficulties of separated discharge regarding the company`s strategy to promote competitive over-packaging and the materials. At the same time, it does not coincide with the real purpose through the errors that are disregarding the user`s behavior and the visual aspect.
