| dc.description.abstract | 바이오칩은 유리, 실리콘, 또는 플라스틱으로 된 수 ㎠ 크기의 칩 위에 분석에 필요한 여러 가지 장치들을 마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용하여 집적시킨 화학 마이크로 프로세서로 최근 급 속히 성장하는 제약 산업 분야에서 신약탐색에 필요한 비용과 시간을 줄일 수 있는 중요한 기 술로 각광 받고 있다. 바이오칩은 분석에 필요한 모든 과정들이 하나의 작은 칩 위에서 수행 될 수 있도록 여러 개의 채널이나 미세 구조물들을 포함하는데 이를 제작하기 위하여 반도체 제작 공정에 사용되는 미세가공 기술인 사진식각(photolithography)과 에칭(etching) 기술을 이 용한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 바이오칩을 파이렉스(Pyrex) 유리를 이용하여 제작하는 가공법 을 실험을 통하여 구하여 보았다. | - |
