dc.description.abstract본 연구는 댓글의 이용동기와 충족도가 상호작용성과 커뮤니티 몰입을 거쳐 커뮤니티 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하였다. 연구결과 댓글의 이용동기와 충족도는 커뮤니티 충성도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것보다, 상호작용성 및 커뮤니티 몰입과 같은 일련의 매개변수들을 경유하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 커뮤니티 몰입에서 커뮤니티 충성도로 이어지는 경로의 표준화 회귀계수(β) 값이 총 16개의 경로들 가운데 가장 큰 것으로 나타나, 커뮤니티 몰입은 이용동기와 충족도에서 커뮤니티 충성도에 이르는 효과과정에서 가장 강력한 매개변인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 댓글에 대한 이용동기와 충족도가 상호작용성 및 커뮤니티 몰입과 상호 어떤 관련성을 가지며 커뮤니티 충성도에 영향을 미치는 가를 검증함으로서 댓글의 효용성에 대한 과학적 인식을 제고하고자 하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of motivation and gratification of reply usage on loyalty toward online community. Specifically, this study hypothesized that motivation and gratification for reply usage had positive effects on loyalty toward online community through mediating variables such as interaction and community involvement. A survey of 340 online community users was conducted to gather data needed to examine the causal relationship which posited motivation and gratification of reply usage affected loyalty toward online community via interaction and community involvement. The results of path analysis found that motivation and gratification for reply usage was positively related to loyalty toward online community through the mediating variables such as interaction and community involvement. Especially, it turned out the standardized regression coefficient of the path from community involvement to loyalty toward online community was the biggest among all of 16 paths, which meant community involvement was the biggest predictor of loyalty toward onlibe community. Therefore, it was concluded that motivation and gratification of reply usage had indirect effect on loyalty toward online community via mediating variables such as interaction and community involvement.-
