2018년 평창동계올림픽 유치 재도전에 대한 강원도민 인식조사- 개최예정후보지(평창)와 개최협력도시(춘천)의 비교분석을 중심으로 -

Abstract

이 연구는 2018년 평창동계올림픽 유치 재도전에 대한 강원도민의 인식조사를 통해 유치 재도전에 대한 정책결정의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 평창군민과 춘천시민을 연구대상자로 선정하여 총 316명의 표본을 추출설문조사 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test 및 일원변량분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 지역별 지지의사의 차이에서는 두 지역 모두 유사한 비율로 재도전을 희망하였고, 남성의 경우 두 지역이 서로 유사한 지지율을 보인 반면 여성은 평창이 춘천에 비해 상대적으로 높은 지지율을 나타냈다. 둘째, 두 지역 간의 요인별 인식의 차이에서는 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 성별의 경우 각 요인 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 연령의 경우 요인 II에서 유의한 차이를, 학력 및 직업의 경우는 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이를, 월 소득의 경우는 요인 I과 Ⅲ에서 각각 유의한 차이를 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate residents' perceptionregarding the re-challenge to host the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games. To achieve the purpose of the study, 316 subjects were collected. Frequency, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed. The result is as follows. First, on the difference of intention between host and venue city, residents expect to host the game with the similar ratio. On the difference of gender, males shows the similar ratio for support, but on the other hand, females in Pyeongchang show higher support intentions than Chuncheon. Second, Pyeongchang was higer than Chuncheon on factor I. But on factor II and Ⅲ, Chuncheon was as high as Pyeongchang not. Third, there was no significant difference on all factors by gender. Fourth, there was a significant difference on factor II only, but not on factor I and Ⅲ by age. There were significant differences on all factors by educational background and occupation. by monthly income, there was a significant difference on factor I, and Ⅲ.
