dc.description.abstractThe ceremony and art of tea had set up by ‘Senrikyu’ in the end of 16thcentury. The ceremonial tea making and drinking has been called as ‘Chanoyu. ’affected by political influence. Thus, we have considered the way of tea making and drinking as apart of art or erformance .Oda nobunaga had raised up th e price of tea-ceremony tools and used it for the political purpose. His activities and tradition had been passed on for several years. The papers of Catholic missionary as well as the writings of Chosun transmissions give us the evidences and confirmation that the political influence had a great impact on the ceremony and art of tea. The several records reveals, back then, the military society had put greater importance on the tea ceremony then the liquor party or other ceremony.-
