dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we propose a low-voltage, Jaw-power delta-sigma modulator for a implantable cardiac pacemaker. The distributed feed-forward structure and bulk-driven method are used for improved performance. The designed modulator achieves 53㏈ SNDR at 0.6v supply voltage and consumes 400㎻. The core chip size is 660㎛*500㎛ with 0.18㎛ CMOS standard process. | - |
