dc.description.abstract | The growth of media technology gas brought great changes to the communication system and accordingly,it altered human communications as well.The alternation of communication technology today brought changes to the field of multimedia design, in which the concept of graphic design changed from the pursuit of visual brilliance on monitors to the completion of communication itself.For this completion of communication brings a whole new scope to the designers to work, they should understand the principles of communication on multimedia environment. And for more efficient and smooth communication, concrete concept specification of interface in multimedia is essential.Moreover, research about metaphor which is used as a formal system to clarify the type and character of the information in the user interface, is also neede.Inthis thesis,direction of future development of digital commnication will be sought.Research will also be done through the analysis of correlation between metaphor and communication based upon the concept of interface metaphor in multimedia design.In producing multimedia interface, the use of metaphor will ultimately effect user's communication satisfaction and convenience through user-based access to the actual use of computers including the internet;and thus it is expected to act as an impertant role for effective digital communication in multimedia design and production. | - |
