Cu thin films were fabricated on a nanocrystalline substrate by DC electrodeposition. It is found that the composition, structure and magnetic properties of the thin films exhibit a strong dependence on the current density and pH values of the bath electrolyte. The effect of annealing as well as the structure-property relation was investigated. (C) 2006 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.-
