| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 새로운 심볼럭 레이아웃 추출방법에 대해 기술한다. 이 알고리즘은 컴백션, design for manufacturing, 공전 마이그레이션 등과 같은 레이아웃 수정에 사용될 수 있다. 이 기술은 폴리곤 기반의 레이아웃을 서로 연결된 사각형들의 집합으로 나눈다. 사각형은 플리곤보다 다루기 쉽기 때문에 사각형 기반 처리는 추출을 빠르고 효율적으로 만들어준다. 실험 결과는 새로운 추정기법이 효율적임을 보여준다. | - |
