dc.description.abstract | Recently, Digital Video Recoding(DVR) systems have proved much more efficiency, When compared with AVR(Analog Video Recoding) systems and actually replaced many parts of typical AVR system. In this paper, we describe a practical implementation of PC-Based DVR system based on Window operating system. Moreover, we describe technical problems, which may occurring when MPEG4 encoding(compression) and decoding(decompreesion) are simultaneously performed for multiple channels and suggest solutions for the problems.
