dc.description.abstract | Immunoassay is a method for clinical diagnoses and biochemical studies with antibody-antigen reaction. However, immunoassay takes a lot of time and expensive reagents. In this research, we report a microbiochip which can detect the electric signal from biochemical reaction with high sensitivity and low sample volume using micro bead. Gold electrode was fabricated on glass substrate using conventional MEMS technology for detecting the electric signal. | - |
