- Abstract
- For applying low-temperature co-fired ceramics technology to ferrite with Ag electrode, Ni0.2Zn0.5Cu0.3 ferrite nanopowde's with AgO contents of 0, 0.1 and 1 wt% were synthesized using metal nitrates. Thick films fabricated by a doctor blade method were sintered for 72 h at different temperatures (925, 900, 875, 850 degrees C. As a result, the saturation magmetization. coercivity and permeability of Ni0.2Zn0.5CU0.3 ferrite with AgO contents of 0.1 wt% Lit a sintering temperature of 875 degrees C were 4.05 kG, 4 Oe and 521, respectively, which were close to those of bulk NiZn ferrite.
