Abstract

The purpose of study is to analyze the structural relationship among exchange relationship, empowerment and school life satisfaction of middle-school newsport participants and leader. In this study, 207 surveys were collected and the newsport participants were in S city middle-school. Data analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First LMX had a positive effect on empowerment. Second, TMX had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, LMX had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. Fourth, TMX had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. Fifth, empowerment had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to present basic data on the relationship between participants and leaders in the field of supplying new sports.
