dc.description.abstract | 페이스 실은 유체의 누출을 방지하지 위해 사용되는 회전 기계 요소 중 하나로, 스프링의 장력및로터와 스테이터 사이의 형성된 유체의 압력으로 회전부의 기밀을 지속적으로 유지하는 축밀봉장치이다. 이는 비접촉식 밀봉장치로서 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이러한페이스실은 터보펌프와 같이 차압 조건하에 두 공간을 분리하기 위해 사용된다[1-4]. 페이스 실은과도한누출 및 마모를 방지하는 적절한 동적 특성을 가져야 한다. 따라서 본 발표에서는 페이스 실의마찰, 누설, 동특성 향상에 관한 해석적 연구와 실험적 연구에 대한 분석을 통해 최근 연구 동향에대해정리하였다. 본 분석 결과를 바탕으로 마찰과 누설 성능이 개선된 페이스 실 제작 및 실험장치를설계하여 실험을 진행할 것이다. | - |
