Abstract
Select similar scale of 10 community centers out of 49 in Seongnam city which reflect periodical characteristic and comprehend space composition problems. The aim of this study is to applying virtuality space which can correspond to chronological change and arouse active communication with inhabitant. Problems of community center’s space composition are figured out as followings; standardized space programs, mixed floor programs and isolated space composition. Characteristics of virtuality space are manifold virtuality of indefinite space, universal program and virtuality of emptiness. When applying these virtuality spaces to community center, transformative characteristics of programs for standardized space composition, transformative programs and manifold virtuality for mixed floor programs and for virtuality of emptiness space characteristics isolated space composition can be applied. These applied virtuality spaces are the space composition factor of subjugating limits of community center.
