- Abstract
- The relationship among leisure sports participants' passion, emotion, and exercise adherence. To test this, 285 leisure sports participants from Seoul, Kyunggi, and Incheon province are sampled by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, harmony passion which is sub factor of passion had positive effect on positive emotion sub factor of emotion, but obsessive passion had negative effect on positive emotion.
Meanwhile, obsessive passion had positive effect on negative emotion, but harmony emotion had negative effect on negative emotion. Second, harmony passion had positive effect on tendency, possibility, and reinforcement sub factors of exercise adherence. Third, positive emotion sub factor of emotion had positive effect on Negative emotion, on the other hand, had negative effect on tendency and possibility, but had positive effect on reinforcement.
