- Abstract
- In the present study, we investigated effects of William exercise on back pain, body composition and health-related physical fitness. Regular William exercise program was commenced four times per week. This regimen continued during 12 weeks with ten participates(female: 10) who suffered from back pain. The data was analyzed by paired T-test using SPSS. The results were represented as mean ± SD. The differences were considered significant at a=.05. Based on the data provided by this experiment, the following conclusions were obtained. The % of body fat was significantly decreased by William exercise. The health-related physical fitness was significantly increased by William exercise. In conclusions, William exercise program may have beneficial effects to enhance physical strength by inducing physical activities. Therefore, it may help to improve general health for lifetime.
