Abstract
The purpose of this study was to improve the effects of 8 weeks integrated strength resistanceexercise program has on functional ability and isokinetic muscular functional of functional injury person ofknee joint. For this study, 25 subjects were measured functional capabilities by YBT (Y balance test) withisokinetic muscular strength test of the 60o/sec, 180o/sec, and 240o/sec for knee joint. The results as follows:functional abilities using a YBT according to the 8-weeks strength resistance training program participation forimproving muscle function of the knee joint is improved statistical significance appears this strength in alldirections except the left anterior was found to maintain a stable support plane. Changes in isokinetic strengthof the knee joint 60o/sec indicated significance at peak torque and peak torque per body weight of the rightflexors, 180o/sec and 240o/sec, the peak torque strength and peak torque per body weight of the left and rightextensors strength in this significance was showed, 180o/sec of strength were also statistically significant. Asthe above results, a stable support achieved through improved strength was found to help improve performanceand recovery instability. It will also contribute to the improved strength and stability over a coordinationfunction of the ankle joint.
