A survey was conducted targeting people responsible for medical tourism work or employees who work for travel agencies, medical tourism agencies, consulting firms, hospitals in Seoul. 206 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results are follows. First, self-efficacy influenced positively on organizational commitment. Second, self-efficacy influenced positively on all job satisfaction factors.
Third, only the factor of relationship satisfaction with co-workers influenced positively on turnover intention. These research findings may be interpreted as follows. Medical tourism coordinators think they are well qualified and competent. Moreover, they recognize they do their best to work as one of the members and plan to do even better in the future. Medical tourism coordinators can decide to get a new job through co-workers in a former workplace. Therefore, it is necessary that the medical tourism agencies, firms and hospitals have to establish the welfare policies according to the results of performance appraisals and create a supportive working environment.
