- Abstract
- 본 논문은 신제도주의 관점에서 한반도 신뢰프로세스의 새로운 집행전략을 모색하는 것이다. 한반도 신뢰프로세스는 역대 정부들의 대북정책에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 통합적 접근을 주창하였다. 하지만 여전히 남북한 간의 교착상태가 지속되고 있다. 초국가적 신제도주의는 다차원적·다극적 거버넌스가 이루어지는 오늘날의 국제사회에서 매우 적실성 있는 접근법이다. 본 연구에서 신기능주의와 신현실주의에 입각한 역대 정부들의 대북정책을 설명하고, 변증법적으로 합의 접근법을 추구하는 박근혜 정부의 집권후반기 대북정책의 집행전략을 초국가적 신제도주의적 관점에서 모색하였다. 제시한 집행전략은 “다차원 적․다극적 거버넌스”, “민족동질성 회복”, 그리고 “통일과정의 시간성” 이다.
