태권도장 지도자의 리더십유형에 따른 학부모의 서비스품질 인식이 재등록과 추천의도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate how the service quality effected by the Taekwondo private schools' instructors' leadership types. The total of 250 survey has been distributed for this research, and 180 of survey has been utilized for final analysis. For data analysis, we executed frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 statistics program. Research results are as follow. First of all, it is shown that the leadership of Taekwondo gym manager has effect on the service quality of Taekwondo gym recognized by the parents. Secondly, it is shown that the leardership of Taekwondo gym manager has effect on the behavior of the parents after purchase. Thirdly, it is shown that the Taekwondo gym’s service quality recognized by parents has effect on behavior after purchase he following consequence could be proposed according to statistics research result. First of all, Taekwondo gym manager should get rid of uniform and universal way and should consecutively develop a differentiated Taekwondo gym operating program. Secondly, Taekwondo gym manager should collect development-oriented opinions from the parents and make them understand manager’s individual operation method through regular communication opportunities. Thirdly, Taekwondo training programs, facilities and the gym’s environment should be periodically supplemented and be publicized.
