- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 유아들의 주의력결핍과잉행동, 내적통제력 부족 및 내성적 문제행동 감소에 대한이동중심 동작교육의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 유치원의 만5세 유아들로써 28명씩의 두 반을 각기 실험집단과 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 12주간의 음악을 동반한 이동중심 동작교육을실시한 결과 주의력결핍과잉행동, 내적통제력 부족 및 내성적 문제행동이 실험집단 유아들에게서 유의미하게 감소되었다. 이는 음악과 신체활동이 아동 및 청소년들의 주의력결핍과잉행동을 비롯한 전반적인문제행동 감소에 효과가 있다는 기존의 연구가 유아들에게도 유효함을 보여준다. 본 연구를 통하여 정확한 동작과 활발한 움직임을 요하는 이동중심 동작이 유아들의 주의집중력을 증진시키고 잉여에너지 발산을 도와 오늘날 일찍이 시작되는 기관생활에서 오는 유아들의 스트레스 감소에 효과가 있음을 추론할수 있다.
