운동 참여노인의 신체적 자기개념이 생활양식 변화와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical self-concept on life-style andlife satisfaction of elderly sports participants. In order to investigate the cause and effect relationships betweenthose variables, the subjects of this study were sampled 279 elderly sports participants. The physical selfconceptwere set as independent variables and life-style and life satisfaction was set as a dependent variable. The statistical methods such as reliability analysis, factor analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Results were as follows; 1. Physical self-concept factor(sports competence) had significant effects on life-styleand life satisfaction. 2. Physical self-concept factor(physical condition) had significant effects on life-style. 3. Physical self-concept factor(attractive body) had significant effects on life-style and life satisfaction. 4. Physicalself-concept factor(fitness) had significant effects on life satisfaction.
