- Abstract
- 본 논문은 사업자간의 분쟁조정제도에 관하여 연구하였다. 조정제도의 효용성은 자율적이고 전문가에 의한 해결제도이며, 분쟁의 신속한 해결을 기대할 수 있고 사업자간 우의적인 관계를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 비밀이 보장되어 사업상 노하우가 공개되지 않으며, 법원 소송 업무 경감과 소송 경감에 따른 막대한 경제적 성과를 바탕으로 사회의 안정을 도모할 수 있다. 그러므로 조정제도는 계속해서 발전할 것으로 전망되고 지속적인 연구도 필요하다. 본 연구자는 사업자간 분쟁뿐만 아니라 향후 사업자와 소비자 간의 분쟁에 관한 연구에도 관심을 가질 것이며, 이를 통해 본 연구가 분쟁해결제도에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
