- Abstract
- This study was to validate the structural relationship betweene xercise, health perception and exercise adherencefactors and then, to notice the effects of health perception as a mediator on the relationship betweenexercise satisfaction and adherence. Base on the research procedures and data analysis, the correlation analysisand multiple regression analysis were carried between variables prior to the structural equation model. Resultsindicate that structural equation model of exercise satisfaction, health perception and exercise lasting performancewas a rational. Especially, health perception as a mediator was more effective in the partial mediationmodel than the full mediation model. Therefore, hypothesis of this study was to confirmed that health perceptioncan control effectively the relationship between exercise satisfaction and adherence. So, these results arediscussed in the previous studies and theoretical background of Health Perception.
