- Abstract
- IT와 마케팅의 융합은 자사 홈페이지를 구축하여 홍보하는 방식에서부터 현재에 이르러 꾸준히 화두가 되는 모바일 application을 활용하는 방식까지 다양한 변화를 거쳐 발전하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 트렌드 적용이 다소 미흡한 소규모 안경매장에 응용할 수 있도록 마케팅 및 판매 목적의 맞춤형 고객 서비스 제공 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 Web server와 DB server를 활용하여 안경매장과 고객 간 소통의 창구를 마련하고 얼굴 인식 기술을 기반으로 안경 매장에서 취급하는 안경을 application을 통해 가상으로 착용해 볼 수 있는 서비스를 포함한다. 또한 가격, 안경 커뮤니티, 제품 제안, SNS 공유 및 연결기능 등 다양한 부가적 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.
