- Abstract
- 발전된 의료 기술이 첨단의 IT 기술과 융합되어 개발된 디지털 병원은 인간 중심의 의료 서비스를 가능하게 하고 있으며 병원 운영의 비용은 낮추고 서비스의 효율성을 높이고 있다. 그러나 기존 병원에서 사용되는 있는 시스템은 병원 내의 의료 기기의 관리 및 운용이 개별 PC 기반의 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 통합적인 운용에 의한 효율성을 확보하지 못하고 있으며 의료 정보 시스템과의 연동 서비스도 의료 장비 중심으로 되어 있어 폐쇄성이 높다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 의료 기기 통합 인터페이스인 Medical Gateway(MG)와 의료 기관의 EMR 시스템과 연동을 위한 컴포넌트 기반의 Medical Gateway Server(MGS) 아키텍처를 설계한다. MGS 아키텍처는 이클립스 플러그인 아키텍처인 OSGi 기반으로 설계되며 다양한 의료 기기와 EMR을 시스템을 지원하여 의료 장비와 서비스의 동적 운용 및 원격 관리가 가능하게 한다.
