- Abstract
- IT 컨설팅은 조직의 정보화를 위해 ISP(Information Strategy Planning), EA(Enterprise Architecture), BPR (Business Process Reengineering) 방법론으로 계획하고 있다. 최근 각 방법론은 조직의 다양한 요구에 신속하고 능동적인 대응을 위해 상호간에 연계를 시도하고 있다. 본 논문은 IT 컨설팅 방법론에 대해서 수행단계, 수행 프로세스, 세부 프로세스를 분석하고 개념화하였으며, 모든 프로세스를 클래스로 계층화하였다. 본 논문은 ISP를 기반으로 EA와 BPR의 모든 클래스에 대해서 동일관계, 포함관계, 역포함관계, 유사관계 등 연관관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 본 논문은 SameAs, IncludeIn, IncludedBy, SimilarWith 등의 오브젝트 속성으로 연관관계를 부여하였으며, 추론을 통해 IT 컨설팅 방법론에 대한 통합 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 본 연구결과는 세밀한 오브젝트 속성과 데이터 속성의 추가에 의해 보다 지능화된 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다.
