- Abstract
- 경골 근위부 골절은 고에너지 손상에 의한 경우가 많아 연부조직 절개를 최소화하면서 골절부의 혈액 순환을 유지할 수 있는최소 침습적 금속판 고정술이 유리하다. 대부분의 경골 근위부 골절의 최소 침습적 금속판 고정술은 주로 외측 금속판 고정술로발달되어 왔다. 저자들은 경골 근위부 골절 치료의 다른 한 가지 방법으로 내측 잠김 압박 금속판을 이용한 최소 침습적 금속판고정술의 수술술기에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
