Abstract
Universities and colleges in Korea are receiving increasing number of international students due to globalization and expansion of IT development, and also the Korean Wave emerged by the two. In addition, higher education institutions in Korea inevitably compete to recruit students due to decreasing number of prospective students. Educational tourism is a type of SIT(Special Interest Tourism) that narrows down the tourism in which primary purpose lies on education and learning. It is worthwhile and timely to pay attention to its significance as tourism resource for the economic impacts proven from the U.S., Australia and other English-speaking countries. This study exams the relationship between the educational tourism's service quality, students' performance, students’ satisfaction and students’ loyalty to identify the sustainable ways to improve and develop the educational tourism in Korea. The result of the study showed that educational factor and school's welfare factor had the positive impacts on the students' performance, and the students' performance had the positive impacts on the students' satisfaction, and the satisfaction on the students' loyalty.
