- Abstract
- The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. In order to analyze the effects of Consultation about Energy Use Plan, case analysis from 2006 to 2010 were carried out. The results of analysis shows that the mean energy use per object is 131,500 toe, that the mean annual energy saving effect is 15.3% and mean annual CO2 reduction effect is 13.7%. These effects are equivalent to 0.7% of 2010 national primary energy consumption. Also benefit-cost ratio during this period is 1.57, it means economic and social effect with the Consultation about Energy Use Plan are very excellent.
