- Abstract
- 최근 EMR 시스템을 중심으로 의료정보의 디지털화가 가속화 되고 있으나 의료기기 인터페이스 및 메시지 규격 차이로 인해 데이터 중계에 많은 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 이런 문제 해결을 위해 별도의 게이트웨이를 통한 중계 방식을 도입하였으나 전체 시스템 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 이들 게이트웨이에 대한 효과적인 관리 및 모니터링 시스템은 전무한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제 개선을 위한 게이트웨이와 이를 관리하는 모니터링 시스템의 효율적 운영 방안을 설계하고 구현하였다. 통신 효율을 위하여 의료기기에서 생성되는 데이터를 두 형태로 구분하여 각기 다른 전송 패턴을 이용하여 전송한다. 그리고 자원 효율을 위하여 서비스 게이트웨이와 원격 모니터링 사이의 통신에 REST를 이용한다. 실험결과 10,000건의 69byte의 데이터를 서버에서 처리하는데 CPU 8.4% 및 메모리 2.5%만을 사용하여 서버의 효율을 보였다.
