- Abstract
- 본 연구는 뇌발달 이론에 기초한 걸음마기 영아-부모 프로그램이 영아발달과 어머니 상호작용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 걸음마기 영아와 그들의 어머니 총 69쌍으로 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 34쌍과 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 비교집단 35쌍이었다. 영아-부모 프로그램은 10개월에 걸쳐 실시되었고 프로그램 전후로 영아발달검사, 어머니 상호작용 관찰을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 뇌발달 이론에 기초한 걸음마기 영아-부모 프로그램에 참여한 영아는 인지발달 및 동작발달, 언어능력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 프로그램에 참여한 어머니의 상호작용이 긍정적으로 향상되었고 셋째, 프로그램에 참여했던 어머니들은 자녀 발달에 대한 이해와 자녀와의 상호작용에 자신감을 갖게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 뇌발달 이론에 기초한 영아-부모 프로그램이 갖는 영아 발달적 의미와 어머니 양육환경 개선방향에 대해 논의하였다.
