- Abstract
- 강동구의 산업대분류별 입지계수 분석결과 타 지역에 비해 산업집적도가 매우 높은(LQ계수 1.5 이상) 산업은 부동산업 및 임대업(1.76), 보건업 및 사회복지서비스업(1.60), 운수업(1.51)으로 나타나, 기존 전통 제조업 중심에서 개인이나 기업서비스산업으로 변화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 변이할당모형 분석 결과 경쟁요인이 높은 산업은 숙박 및 음식점업, 도매 및 소매업, 보건업 및 사회복지서비스업, 출판, 영상, 방송통신 및 정보서비스업 순으로 나타나, 강동구에 새로이 유입되는 산업인 IT(정보통신)산업을 기반으로 주변 개인서비스산업의 연계발전이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이러한 분석 결과로부터, 강동첨단업무단지의 경우 지역경제 활성화나 지속적인 지역성장기반을 확보하기 위해서는 IT(정보통신)산업을 기반으로 하되, 기존의 전통적인 제조업보다는 R&D(연구개발) 등 첨단기술산업의 전략적인 육성이 필요함을 확인할 수 있다.
