- Abstract
- 본 연구는 포스트휴먼시대 현대건축과 인간신체의 상호관계성에 관한 것이다. 콜하스는 <보르도 하우스>(1994-1998)를 휠체어에 갇힌 클라이언트를 염두에 두고 디자인했다. 주택의 세 개 층을 관통하는 엘리베이터 플랫폼은 거주자에게 공간에 대한 다양한 관계 맺기의 경험을 제공한다. 이는 첨단기술을 통해 집과 인간 사이의 경계가 사라지는 지점에서 발생하는 ‘기계 되기’를 조망할 수 기회이다. 이에 본 연구자는 <보르도 하우스>에서 살펴볼 수 있는 거주자의 신체 확장의 의미를 포스트휴머니즘 담론을 구성하는 트랜스휴머니즘과 비판적 포스트휴머니즘 아래서 논의한다.
