- Abstract
- 현대사회에서는 특정 영역에 대한 한정된 지식을 넘어 다양하고 광범위한 분야의 지식과 정보의 체계적 조합 능력이 필요하다. 오늘날의 전문성은 복잡하게 분화된 이러한 현대사회에서 반드시 필요한 원리 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 공무원 전문성이 조직의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는가라는 연구문제에 대한 답을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석과 기술통계, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 공무원의 전문성에 대한 인식과 전문성의 각 구성요소(지식, 경험, 문제해결능력, 협업능력) 간에 관계, 궁극적으로 조직성과와의 관계를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 전문지식은 문제해결능력과 협업을 높이는데 직접적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타난다. 문제해결능력은 개인성과로 직접 연결되지만 조직성과로는 협업이나 개인성과를 통해서만 영향을 미친다. 협업은 개인성과에 영향을 미치지 못하며 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 전체적으로 전문지식이나 경험은 개인성과나 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하며, 문제해결능력이나 협업을 통해서만 성과에 영향을 미치고, 특히 조직성과를 위해서는 협업의 매개적 역할이 중요함을 확인할 수 있다.
