- Abstract
- 이 연구는 시설경비업무 역량 향상의 핵심요인인 경비원 확보를 위해, 시설경비업무 경비원의 직무교육만족, 직무만족, 고객지향성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구를 토대로 가설을 수립하고, 이를 검증하기 위해 서울·경기지역 소재 민간경비업체에 재직하고 있는 시설경비업무 경비원을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 이용해 분석했으며, 결론은 다음과 같다. 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 직무교육만족, 업무수행만족, 급여만족, 고객지향성은 이직의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 동료만족은 이직의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 시설경비업무 경비원의 장기적인 근속을 위해 필요한 요인들을 파악함으로써 민간경비업체 및 경비산업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.
