- Abstract
- In this study, we selected 40 middle - aged women in their 40s who were not menstruating during the past 1 year and who were living in area A in Seoul, where there is no medically specific disease.
Finally, only 37 people participated in the experiment. The subjects were divided into regular resistance exercise group and autonomous exercise group after obtaining homogeneity of group in order to investigate changes in blood lipid, cardiorespiratory fitness, and strength factor before and after exercise.
There was a significant difference in the maximum strength of the knee joint between the regular resistance group and the autonomic group for 12 weeks (F=9.205, p<.01).
(1) There was a significant difference in the relative strength of the knee joints between the 12-week regular resistance group and the autonomic group (F=.989, p<.001).
(2) There was a difference in the ratio of the bilateral strength of the knee joints between regular resistance group and autonomic group for 12 weeks (F=.980, p<.001).
