- Abstract
- 본 연구는 취업상태인 임산부의 책략적 성격이 일-가정갈등과 부부관계 질을 통해 태아애착에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울경기지역의 취업모 360명이며, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21, M-plus 7.4를 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 빈도 분석, 상관 분석,구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 임산부의 책략적 성격이 태아애착에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 책략적 성격이 부부관계 질을 통해서 간접적으로 태아애착에 영향을 미치는 매개경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 책략적 성격이 일-가정갈등과 부부관계 질을 통하여 태아애착으로 가는 이중매개 경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 책략적 성격을 증진시킬 수 있는 방법을 고안하여 실천하고, 직장 내 일-가정 갈등을 줄이며, 임산부와 태아의 긍정적인 관계형성을 강화하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.
